David Merzel Country Manager, Microsoft (Entertainment u0026amp; Devices) Graduate from Solvay Business School (1996) David is currently Country Manager for the Entertainment u0026amp; Devices Division (Eu0026amp;D) at Microsoft, for almost 3 years. This division is responsible to market and to sell all the Microsoft products u0026amp; solutions directly dedicated to the consumer through the Retail channel. The product portfolio consists of gaming (Xbox360 and Games for Windows), devices (webcams, keyboards, mouth pads) and also softwares directly sold to consumers (Windows 7, Office 2007, Office for Mac). David and his team got the TOP Sub AWARD for the Eu0026amp;D Division in FY09. This award rewards the best country in the world (for Eu0026amp;D) regarding the performances in terms of Revenue, Profit, People and Customer Satisfaction. Before joining Microsoft, David worked for Unilever during more than 10 Years. At Unilever, he held various positions in departments in charge of sales and marketing (mainly trade and brand marketing). David was also responsible for the launch of the brand Bertolli in Belgium.
