Jose Ardila, customer development highlighted how AI is transforming sales capabilities. Projects that once took months or years to build can now be completed in days or weeks. Dr Mark Weiss, Interim Vice Dean at FIU, underscored the importance of prompt engineering. He cautioned that while AI can boost productivity, poor prompts can lead to disastrous results.
