As previously mentioned, I am excited to share excerpts from my upcoming book. As already shared with you, I’m in the process of writing a book that deep-dives into the world of go-to-market (GTM) strategy, blending it with personal experiences and passions that have shaped my career. I will also explore how AI is impacting all of us in sales, marketing, sales enablement, operation, and finance, from insights to planning, pitching and execution. This book will give you a new and fresh perspective on building strong GTM plans, leveraging a consumer and partner-centric approach, and asking the right questions to create real differentiation and impactful storytelling. Welcome, dear reader, to this journey that will revolutionize your understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This book is more than a guide; it is a companion filled with a lot of insights, experiences, and practical advice to help you navigate the complexity of GTM. Let me share with you a preview of the journey that awaits us.

Chapter 1: What is the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy.

In this chapter, we will define the basics of GTM concept. Imagine a world where everyone acknowledges that a GTM strategy is the cornerstone of success for companies of all sizes, from small businesses to mid-sized enterprises and large corporations. You will discover the fundamental concepts and blueprints that define GTM strategy. Through real stories, you’ll understand why GTM is essential and how AI is transforming these fundamental parts.

Chapter 2: Karate and GTM Strategy

Imagine yourself in a dojo, where the discipline of karate meets the world of business. This chapter draws interesting comparisons between karate and GTM, emphasizing humility and focus as the two foundations of success. Guess what? Martial art like Karate can be a great source of inspiration for your GTM efforts. You will discover this in this chapter. We will also explore together how AI may provide tools for greater focus and precision in your efforts while bringing consistency and scalability.

Chapter 3: Learnings from Various Markets

In this chapter, I will bring to you some effective GTM strategies coming from different markets through a variety of business cases and best practices. We will go through stories covering new products or new solution launches that demonstrate the necessity of perfectly aligning sales, marketing, operation and finance. You’ll also see how AI is being leveraged to optimize these processes and drive success.

In this chapter, I want to bring to you some concepts that have built my personal foundations and DNA. I hope this will be a great source of inspiration for you. We will discuss life-changing concepts like growth mindset attitude, Ikigai, Wabi-Sabi and others that will help you discover your purpose in life.  We’ll also discuss AI’s role in encouraging a growth mindset and pushing continual progress, demonstrating how technology can help with both personal and professional development.

Chapter 5: The Customer-Centric Approach

GTM is fundamentally about understanding and serving your customers. This chapter will teach you why the customer is king by sharing insights from the front lines. We’ll show you how to create appealing sales enablement tools, such as automated presentation decks, to simplify your efforts and increase customer involvement. AI’s ability to personalize and optimize these tools will be highlighted, demonstrating its impact on customer-centric strategies.

Chapter 6: How to measure Success

From my experience, I have learnt the importance on how to measure success. In this context, it is key to define the right metrics (KPI, OKR) aligned with sales, marketing, operation, and finance. In this chapter, we will also help you to establish a successful rhythm of business. We will explore further why centralized tools to track performance are key for your business in terms of efficiency, scalability and consistency. This will also help to bring continual business improvement. We’ll look at how generative AI can help you deliver deeper insights, allowing you to adjust your strategy.

Chapter 7: How AI Impacts Your Sales, Marketing, and GTM Strategy.

We know that AI will impact GTM strategies, and this chapter will look into these new possibilities for you. We will explore some practical case studies to demonstrate how AI may improve creativity and productivity. We’ll also discuss future trends and the next frontier in terms of GTM strategy. This will offer you a forward-thinking perspective on how AI will continue to shape sales and marketing functions, whatever the size of the company is.
